Welcome to disturbia.

Rules for a Disturbia film:

1. It must be a short film, e.g. less than 20 minutes but more than 5 minutes.

2. It cannot contain any blood or gore; that belongs to horror. It must be psychologically not violently or visually disturbing. It's the after thought that needs to disturb.

3. It must be available free to the public within 6 months of its release date.

4. There are no other rules. There will be a top ten once there are 10 entries. Submissions should be sent to me.

What is Disturbia? : Until now Disturbia is a novel, a song and a horror movie. Today (17 Feb 2009) I want to coin it as a new short-film Genre. My offerings : Here are three monologues that could result in a Disturbia film. Feel free to use them and create the first Disturbia film. Meal Ticket, Right Case and Knickers in a twist.
