Short Synopsis: Mankind has poisoned itself and made everyone sterile, with a few exceptions in each country. The UK has a unique baby born, a fully fertile female. This becomes a national secret and the countries most valuable asset. Unfortunately the only fertile UK male (Hugh) available when the girl grows up and has her first period is an obnoxious character that she hates. For the sake of the country she is effectively raped and made pregnant. Hugh becomes unbearable and although the father of a new nation is made an outcast.  Disgruntled he approaches the Germans who have a few virile males but no females. Hugh lets the secret out and the race is on for them to find the Queen Mother for their own procreation. The British government cut a deal with the US for one of their bodyguards, an aging 'Die Hard' character, to protect the Queen Mother from the German hit-team looking for her.
